Protecting Your Account
Immediately change your password from the ye9 Login page. Then log out all sessions on both desktop and mobile devices. The only official domain is ye9.games. Even if the browser address bar reads ye9.games, always check for the HTTPS lock icon — players often lose money because they unknowingly play on a site with the wrong domain. Type the link yourself directly in your browser and go from there — do not click links from unknown ads or posts.
ye9 provides an extra login verification step to protect your account. We recommend enabling it through Settings. Once turned on, an OTP code will be sent to your phone number or email, giving you an extra layer of protection even if your password is compromised.

Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at ye9 is 30,000 Ks. This applies to all channels — KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Requests below that amount will be rejected, so check your balance before submitting a withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. If it takes longer than that, check your transaction history in the account panel and let us know via Live Chat — we're available 24/7 so you'll get a response any time.
"Pending" means your request has been received and is being processed. If you have not yet met the wagering requirement, it will stay at that stage. Football Questions
Settlement is based on the official result at full time (regular 90 minutes, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts). If a match is cancelled, the stake for any bet involving that match is refunded. After the regular-time result is confirmed, you will see your account balance update almost immediately.
Odds are the numbers that show how much you get back if your bet wins. Handicap is a system where one team is given a goal advantage or disadvantage to level out the difference in strength between two sides. For example — if Team A has a -1 handicap, they must win by 2 or more goals for a bet on them to win.
An accumulator is a bet that combines multiple matches into one. When you win a match, the odds from that match become the stake for the next one, building up in sequence. If any single match loses, the entire bet is lost. The potential payout can be large, but the risk is just as high — understand that before you play.

Shan Koe Mee and 2D / 3D
Shan Koe Mee is a popular card game in Myanmar played with 3 cards. The winner is decided based on whether the number goes over 9 or not.
